Hi-Rise: over 10 floors has elevator |

Junior 4: A one bed room apt that has or can be converted to a 2 BR
Loft Studio: a studio apartment where a separate sleeping area has been created
Low Rise: usually a walk up generally 5 to 6 floors
Reno: means that the apartment was recently renovated. Unfortunately
this may have a different meaning to you and the landlord.
W/D: washer dryer in the apartment
WIC: Walk in closet
UE: Upper East
